The answer revealed: $97

Initially, Mr Wang bought the gift at the cost price of $18, so he lost $18

Man, gives him fake note which is just $0, but he changed the fake note, for real change at the shop $100. Gives the man real amount which is $79, and kept $21 for himself. But in the end gave back the shop $100

so...

in simple equation...

Total lost = Lost of the cost price of gift - fake note (which is just $0) - REAL change he got from the shop + REAL amount he gave back to the man + the amount he gave the shop.

$18 - $0 - $100(real amount given from shop) + $79 + $100(amount given back to the shop in the end) = $97



Maths question aside, its time for me to emo again... I don't understand this feeling... I get a tinge of jealousness even at the slightest things... even those not really got me involved... Well... I don't know man..

Sometimes I yearn for success but I believe a person who puts his emotions when doing great things will not succeed at all... My 2 cents.


Somehow, quite affected by people talking about how guys are great with cars... Hmm.. can send girls home or what not... Some more its their parents' cars, surprise! Hahaa... Life's unfair man.. rich parents got cars for their sons... to impress ladies or what not... Then girls saying how great is for guys to have cars to be their chauffeur, being the beck of their call.. whatever.. Some how don't really like guys and their rides... and how some girls can just ogle at one guy because he has a car... ya right...

Probably not the reason I want to have a car... besides, I wont want a car now, its a burden anyway... Just want the license as a skill... if friends get wasted or what not, an extra, clear minded driver won't hurt...
